Standard Booking and Scheduling Policy



Appointment Confirmation:

All sessions must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.

  1. Scheduling:
  2. Schedule your session at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
  3. Sessions that are requested less than two weeks in advance will be an $50 rush fee.
  4. Rescheduling:
  5. Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur an additional fee.


Payment:

  1. Deposit:
  2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking to secure the date and time. The date and time will remain available for other clients to book until your session is secure.
  3. Final Payment:
  4. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or before the final delivery of images, whichever comes first.
  5. Payment Methods:
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card or bank transfer.


Cancellations and Refunds:

  1. Cancellation Policy:
  2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  3. No-Shows:
  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session will forfeit their deposit and any payments made.


Session Details:

  1. Session Duration:
  2. Sessions are scheduled for a specific duration (e.g., 1 hour). Additional time may be available at an extra charge.
  3. Location:
  4. The session location will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Travel fees may apply for locations outside a certain radius.
  5. Punctuality:
  6. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session without a reduction in fee.
  7. Outfit Changes:
  8. Clients are welcome to bring multiple outfits. However, time spent changing will be included in the session duration.
  9. GUESTS:
  10. Please limit to one adult guest per session unless they are receiving service.
  11. No children under the age of 12 are allowed as guest unless they are receiving service.


Image Delivery:

  1. Editing and Retouching:
  • Basic editing and retouching are included in the session fee. Additional retouching requests may incur an extra charge.
  1. Delivery Time:
  • Edited images will be delivered within 7-10 calendar days of the clients selection date.
  1. Delivery Method:
  • Images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery. Print options are available upon request.
  1. Image Selection:
  • Clients will receive a certain number of edited images based on the package selected. Additional images can be purchased.


Usage Rights:

  1. Client Usage:
  • Clients receive a limited license to use the images for personal purposes. Commercial use requires additional licensing.
  1. Photographer’s Rights:
  • The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.


Conduct:

  1. Professionalism:
  • Both the photographer and the client are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
  1. Children and Pets:
  • Children and pets must be supervised at all times during the session. The client is responsible for their behavior and safety.
  1. Property Damage:
  • The client is responsible for any damage to the photographer’s equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests.
